Disconnected old unit and removed. Installed new system. Arrived on time and started work straight away, did not stop until job completed. Cleaned up after install complete. Very polite and efficient. One of the nicest trades teams I have had do any work in my home. Highly recommend for all your air con needs. 10 of of 10.
